1. 本条款的适用范围
本条款适用于你购买、安装、运行「妙复制大师（CopyDash Pro）」（以下称「本软件」）的全部行为。下载、安装或使用本软件，即表示你已阅读并同意本条款。若不同意，请停止使用并删除本软件。
2. 授权范围
本软件采用一次性买断的授权方式：
- 终身使用：一次付费，长期使用，无需续费、无订阅、无功能限制。
- 一码一设备：每份授权码对应一台电脑。更换电脑时可将授权迁移至新设备（原设备授权失效）。
- 免费更新：同一大版本内的更新免费；跨大版本的重大升级如另行收费，会提前说明。
- 不可转售：授权仅授予购买者本人使用，不得转售、出租、出借、共享或再分发授权码，不得将本软件或其部分代码用于商业再分发。
3. 交付方式
付款完成后会自动跳转到支付成功页并显示你的订单编号；在软件内（⋮ → 授权与激活）粘贴该编号即可立即激活，无需等待邮件。请妥善保存编号，重装或更换设备时仍需使用。若遗失，可凭付款邮箱与时间联系支持查询。
4. 价格与付款
中国大陆价格为人民币 ¥35，海外价格为 USD 4.99，全部订单通过 Stripe 收单：支持银行卡、Apple Pay、Google Pay，中国大陆另支持支付宝与微信支付。Stripe 作为登记商户（Merchant of Record）开具收据并代收适用税费；账单上显示的商户名称为 Stripe。
5. 退款
购买后 14 天内，如本软件在你的设备上无法正常运行且支持无法解决，可申请全额退款。
- 所有订单（Stripe）：请通过支持邮箱申请退款，款项将退回原支付渠道。
- 中国大陆订单（支付宝 / 微信）：请发邮件至支持邮箱并提供订单号。
由于本软件为可无限期使用的数字商品，超出 14 天或已明显长期使用的订单，我们保留拒绝退款的权利。
6. 使用限制与免责
重要：本软件是文件复制 / 移动工具，会直接操作你指定的文件。请在执行大批量或不可恢复的操作前自行做好备份。
- 本软件按「现状」提供，不附带任何明示或默示的担保，包括对适销性、特定用途适用性的担保。
- 在法律允许的最大范围内，对于因使用或无法使用本软件导致的数据丢失、文件损坏、业务中断或任何间接损失，开发者不承担责任。软件内置的「复制后校验」功能可降低（但不能完全排除）此类风险。
- 你应自行确保对所操作的文件拥有合法权利，不得使用本软件处理侵权、违法或未经授权的内容。
- 不得对本软件进行反向工程、反编译、修改、去除授权校验，或以其他方式规避授权机制。
7. 隐私
本软件完全离线运行，不联网、不收集、不上传任何数据。详见 隐私策略 / Privacy Policy。
8. 支持
问题反馈、缺陷报告与退款申请请发邮件至 SUPPORT_EMAIL，或在 GitHub Issues 提交。我们会在 3 个工作日内回复。
9. 条款变更
本条款可能随软件版本更新而调整，变更后的版本会在本页发布并更新生效日期。重大变更会在软件内或商店页面提前告知。
10. 适用法律
本条款适用中华人民共和国法律。如发生争议，双方应先友好协商；协商不成的，提交开发者所在地有管辖权的人民法院解决。

1. Scope
These terms apply to your purchase, installation and use of CopyDash Pro ("the Software"). By downloading, installing or using the Software you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, stop using it and delete it.
2. License
The Software is sold as a one-time purchase:
- Lifetime use — pay once, use indefinitely. No subscription, no renewal, no feature gating.
- One license per device — each license key covers one computer. When you replace your computer the license may be moved to the new device (the old device's activation stops working).
- Free updates — updates within the same major version are free. A future major upgrade, if charged separately, will be announced in advance.
- No resale — the license is for the buyer only. You may not resell, rent, lend, share or redistribute the key, nor redistribute the Software or any part of its code.
3. Delivery
After payment you are redirected to a success page showing your order number. Paste it inside the app (⋮ → License & activation) to activate immediately — no email needed. Keep the number: you will need it again after reinstalling or switching devices. If you lose it, contact support with your payment email and time.
4. Price and payment
Price is USD 4.99 internationally and CNY 35 in mainland China. All orders are processed by Stripe — cards, Apple Pay and Google Pay, plus Alipay and WeChat Pay for mainland China. Stripe acts as Merchant of Record, issues the receipt and collects applicable taxes; the charge on your statement appears as Stripe.
5. Refunds
Within 14 days of purchase, if the Software does not run correctly on your device and support cannot resolve it, you may request a full refund.
- All orders (Stripe): request a refund through our support email; the refund goes back to the original payment method.
- Orders in mainland China (Alipay / WeChat Pay): email support with your order number.
As this is a digital product with unlimited use, we reserve the right to decline refunds beyond 14 days or after clearly extensive use.
6. Limitations and disclaimer
Important: this is a file copy / move utility that acts directly on the files you select. Back up anything you cannot afford to lose before running large or irreversible operations.
- The Software is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
- To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer is not liable for data loss, file corruption, business interruption or any indirect damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the Software. The built-in verify-after-copy option reduces — but does not eliminate — this risk.
- You are responsible for ensuring you have the legal right to handle the files you operate on, and may not use the Software on infringing, illegal or unauthorised content.
- You may not reverse engineer, decompile, modify, remove licensing checks from, or otherwise circumvent the licensing of the Software.
7. Privacy
The Software runs fully offline: no network access, no data collection, no uploads. See the Privacy Policy.
8. Support
Questions, bug reports and refund requests: email SUPPORT_EMAIL or open an issue at GitHub Issues. We reply within 3 business days.
9. Changes
These terms may be updated with new releases. The revised version is published on this page with an updated effective date; material changes are announced in the app or on the Store listing.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Disputes should first be resolved amicably; failing that, they are submitted to the competent court at the developer's place of residence.
